Desk Build
- Days 1–2
Access, knowledge card, success metrics in writing.
- Days 3–8
Build in a side environment. No live customer traffic.
- Days 9–16
Shadow mode. The Desk runs next to your current process. You read the transcripts.
- Days 17–21
Acceptance tests, go-live, train the human override, turn on the recap.
Systems run in your accounts wherever possible. If you leave later, the Desk still stands.
