Dan Grodnick
Dan Grodnick, a seasoned veteran of the entertainment industry, has joined the advisory board for Autonomous City. The pairing of Dan’s vast producing experience and Autonomous City’s innovative tokenization strategy is a proven recipe for success. Zathina: Final Stay in the Woods is the inaugural project launching for the team. Most recently, Dan entered into a three-year co-financing and first-look deal with Lionsgate Studios. It is expected that Grodnik will focus on releases for Lionsgate’s vibrant multiplatform business. With Lionsgate, Grodnik previously produced the features Mindcage starring Martin Lawrence and John Malkovich, and Primal, starring Nicolas Cage. Lauren Bixby, EVP Acquisitions & Co-Productions for the Lionsgate Motion Picture Group said, “Lionsgate is excited to be back in business with Dan. His movies consistently appeal to audiences worldwide and he is a nimble and effective producer. We can’t wait to see what his future projects have in store.
Robert H. Hesse
Robert H. Hesse, has been an officer and director of various New York Stock Exchange member firms since graduating from St. Peter’s University with a B.S. in Philosophy, and the NY Institute of Finance. He founded his own investment banking firm, Swartwood, Hesse Inc., and later in 1992 founded the Dorchester Group, Inc. Complementing these initiatives is a platform of 40 years of transactional experience in Venture Capital, reverse mergers, and Investment Banking management. Robert served as president of a UK media technology company (Intellegent Toy), BMA Energy, a leasing business in the U.S., which was sold to Chesapeake Energy.
Robert was CEO and director of the NASDAQ listed Natural Health Trends. He is currently COB at www.R3alm.com, a regulated, tokenized income platform for private market assets.
ACFT is structured as a utility token. Each underlying asset uses a separate Wyoming DAO LLC so the platform itself is not the profit-generating entity (Howey Test considerations).
